Silence
Blooming petals of black fear
Blinding healthy young man’s ear
Feeding upon victim’s soul
Sucking all as cruel black hole
Planting terror in one’s mind
A ghost that’s standing just behind
Ruling night, controlling fright
Ruler of dead, lord of dread-
Silence.
I thought this up while in bed.
