How to give reputation:
In a topic, up right at a user's post, there are some options:
Thank you
+1
-1
That stuff, click em simple


How to donate points:
Its a bit tricky:
I don't know bout you cause I am an admin, but if you can't tell me to donate points for you
Click the user's profile you want to donate points to, after comments, it says:
Administrate User>Profile(to me at least)
Click, from here you can pretty much edit everything easier, ban
So, go to Modules, Point Donation select a user name and ta-da

If the chatbox is not working:
Try refreshing, or log out and log in
